I hate to say it but everytime
I see a fish and old glory
It just makes me feel oh so sad
I'd like to think that they stood for
Sweet Love, Peace and freedom
But I fear that they stand for something bad. 


   Cause they've kidnapped my Jesus
   And they've highjacked my country
   And God Bless America
   Just makes me sad.

I hate to say it, but everytime
I see a Fish and Old Glory
It just makes me just wanna run and hide.
I'd like to think that they stood for
Salvation and Liberty
But it feels like it's just fear and false pride.

Where's compassion and understanding
Aren't we all brothers and sisters

    Just makes me feel numb.

I gotta wonder if the driver is fast asleep.

Or are you just scared of your shadow.
A prisoner in the land of the free?
