Here is a song called� "Bad Luck" from the great social distortion album
"somewhere between heaven and hell" from 1992.���� Technically, it's in
the key of Ab as all of the songs from this record are in flat keys.���
Its an unusual chord progression because it is a VII-IV-I.�� To enable
you to play with both open chords and/or barr or power chords and to get
the classic social distortion sound, tune your guitar down a half step or
1 semitone.�� Doing this also eliminates writing all the "flats" in the
transcription.���� If you play these following chords exactly as is
without lowering your guitar a half-step, you will be playing out of key
to the recording.�� During the verses, play using palm-muted power
chords, and during the last few measures of each verse and during the
chorus', play using open position chords.�� You can hear exactly when to
change shapes while listening to the recording.�� I declare these notes
