This tablature isn't complete, but it's just my first draft anyway.  I found 
the video for the song a while ago on "Happy Fun Time" (a rotation site).  
It's a good song, so I figured I'd tab out the parts I could figure out.

I'm drawing a blank for the verses at the moment, but maybe I'll come back and 
fill them in later.  Or, someone else can have a go at it.  Either way, I'm 
leaving them out for now, rather than put in some bogus filler that doesn't 
sound right to begin with.

Order of parts:

Riff 1 2X (Fill 1 comes in on 2nd time, plays all through the intro)
Riff 2 4X
Riff 3 1X
Verse
Fill 2 plays 2X around 1:05
Riff 2 4X
Riff 4 1x
Verse

And so on.  You can figure the rest out. 

Again, I can't guarantee that this is spot-on...but it's at least a starting point, 
which is better than the nothing that exists for this song at the moment.  
Actually, at this point, I'm wondering if anyone else has even HEARD this song.
